Meet The Folks

The Manager’s Report:

I am so excited to be involved with this 92nd annual Fair, Racemeet and Rodeo.  The fair’s theme of Bucking Chutes and Dusty Boots exemplifies the way of life in Harney County.  Bucking Chutes testify to the work of the cowboy and ranch hands, while the dusty boots refers to the hard work of the citizens.

I love having the involvement of the Harney County food bank as we present the battle of the bands on Wednesday night.  We are trying to feed the hungry in Harney County with this battle, making the hungry the real winners.  Bring a couple cans of food and enjoy the competition for your vote.  I am excited to have the youth and adults of the community on stage on Thursday as we celebrate the talent hidden in the county.  At the other end of the fairgrounds, we have the youth who spend their time working the land and cattle, showing off their best, 4-H and FFA are traditional youth groups dedicated to the advancement of the agricultural life.  They are education based programs which benefit not only the youth involved but the community as these youth practice in life what they learn in school.

Our fair continues to celebrate the traditions of the community with the sharing of the talents of the handcrafters, the canners, the jelly makers, the flower growers, the artists, and photographers.  We all get to view these traditional activities which enhance the quality of life for Harney County.  We are also given the opportunity to view the civic organizations which make this area of Oregon special.  Outside we have the gift of the food a wonderful array of tasty tidbits, which we only get at the fair.  This year we are going to have the opportunity to have espresso drinks, cinnamon rolls, and the ever favorite Indian Taco.  Most of the food vendors have promised an expanding list of foods to temp the diet.  We will also have the traditions of the commercial vendors who will give you the opportunity to purchase some of the latest goods.  The carnival will again feature the Ferris wheel of the past as well as the traditional rides for kids of all ages.  They will also have the fair food favorites of cotton candy and candied apples.

The 92nd annual Harney County Fair, Racemeet, and Rodeo has been planned to give the fair-goers some of the same, but also some of the different.  The stage shows will have local as well as talent from a far.  Many of the changes to the fair will be subtle, some more visible, but all to make your fair experience one of the best so far.

The following facts should wake up anyone who understands basic math...the US and all states are 100% controlled by judicial and political prostitutes and the BAR is the entity that has taken over:
THE BAR CONTROLS ALL THREE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT...(See Below)
1.) The ABA/BAR has a 100% racketeering monopoly on Justice........they control every court every law; they control the entire Judicial Branch
2) Up to 70% of all members of every congress are BAR members.....So the BAR has infiltrated the Legislative Branch..up to 70%
3.) Barack Obama a former BAR member, Hillary a BAR member so they have a lock on the Executive Branch
4.) Many Governors are BAR members...........(Are you starting to see a pattern ...the evidence is blatant!)
5) Adding icing to their mafia racketeering cake is the kicker of all .............the BAR controls the FBI, the US marshals, the ATF, the DEA the ENTIRE Department of Justice via BAR member Loretta Lynch and Barack Obama
6.) And the final nail in our coffin is that the BAR controls every Sheriff in almost every Country via a BAR members called the DA.........

When one takes a birds eye view of their insidious work they will realize such infiltration started in 1783 at the Signing of the Treaty of Paris.

Not so. Consider some evidence of its historical significance: First, “titles of nobility” were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the Constitution of the United States (1787);

At the first reading, the meaning of this 13th Amendment (also called the “title of nobility” Amendment) seems obscure; unimportant. The references to “nobility,” “honour,” “emperor,” “king,” and “prince,” lead us to dismiss this Amendment as a petty post-revolution act of spite directed against the British monarchy. The U.S. modern world of Lady Di and Prince Charles, make anti-royalist sentiments seem so archaic and quaint, that the Amendment can be ignored.

Violating their oath is not just cause for immediate dismissal and removal from office, it is a federal crime. Federal law regulating oath of office by government officials is divided into four parts along with an executive order which further defines the law for purposes of enforcement. 5 U.S.C. 3331, provides the text of the actual oath of office members of Congress are required to take before assuming office. 5 U.S.C. 3333 requires members of Congress sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law, 5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense (and a violation of oath of office) for anyone employed in the United States Government (including members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”

"The fact is, property is a tree; income is the fruit; labour is a tree; income the fruit; capital, the tree; income the 'fruit.' The fruit, if not consumed (severed) as fast as it ripens, will germinate from the seed... and will produce other trees and grow into more property; but so long as it is fruit merely, and plucked (severed) to eat... it is no tree, and will produce itself no fruit." Waring v. City of Savennah. 60 Ga. 93, 100 (1878.}

The point being made is that the tree (private property, land, wages, salaries, compensation) is NOT taxable, while the "fruit" (or "income" FROM said property or wages) of the tree CAN possibly be taxed, (but only according to constitutional provisions). Tax upon income derived from, say, rental property, CAN be taxed possibly could be considered interest of the investment if one is a registration voter ,

2014 Rodeo Queen ... See MoreSee Less

*Here's to the Girls* Here's to the girls, just as comfortable in boots as they are in heels, Here's to the girls, who pair denim with lace, leather with pearls, Here's to the girls who climb ladders, and the girls that stay at home, The girls who tend gardens, and the girls who like to roam, The girls who can drive a stick-shift, but own a little car, Here's to the girls with a strong will and a tender heart, Here's to the girls who wear jeans all week, and dresses to church, Here's to the girls who break hearts, and the hearts that get hurt, Here's to the girls that wear diamonds, silver, and feathers, The girls who sew, draw, dance, sing, or work with leather, Here's to the girls that aren't afraid of blood, and the girls who are, Here's to the girls who pray, the girls who wish on a star, Here's to the girls of sequins, and the girls of pearl snaps, Here's to the girls who style their hair, and the girls that just wear hats, Here's to the girls that don't wear makeup, and the girls that rock lipstick, Here's to the girls that don't get the jokes, and the girls that make the quip, The girls that wear pink, and the girls who wear black, The girls that exercise, and the girls who snack, Here's to the girls with silver spoons, and the girls with scars, Here's to girls shaped like Marilyn, and the girls who wear their brother's drawers, Here's to the wild girls, and the girls that are meek, The girls who will stand and fight, the girls who turn the other cheek, Here's to the girls that know a "Real Woman" doesn't fit a certain mold, Here's to the spunky grandma, and the serious twelve-year-old, Here's to the girls who just don't give a damn, here's to the girls that do, Here is to all the girls, here's to me, here's to you. <3 The Cowboy's Daughter (Randi Johnson 2016)
