To Ensure Your Ballot Will Be Counted

1. Place only YOUR voted ballot in the green secrecy envelope and seal it.

2. Place the sealed secrecy envelope in the blue return envelope and seal it.

3. Read and sign the Voter's Statement on the blue return envelope.  REMEMBER: YOUR BALLOT MUST BE SIGNED BY YOU TO BE COUNTED.

No Postage is necessary when returning your ballot.  If returning by mail, please mail it in time to be received by election day. Post marks do not count.  We suggest mailing it no later than 1 week before the election.

You can also deliver the signed and sealed return envelope to any of our official Ballot Drop Sites no later than 8 p.m. on election day.  Postage is not required if delivered to a drop site location! If you need assistance or have any other questions, please call (541) 573-6641.
